2nd escargot recipe: with Garlic, Onion, Parsley, Red Wine and Sea Salt in extra virgin Olive Oil. Mediterranean version of “bourguignon” recipe, replacing butter with extra virgin olive oil for a more healthy diet. Spicy and piquantly aromatic, the unique combination of seasonings, garlic, onion, parsley, Cretan wine and sea salt, makes this escargot dish very special.

Thyme Honey – An extremely nourishing gift of nature, intensely flavoured and fragrant from thyme pollen grains.
Arodama Thyme Honey with the highest percentage of thyme pollen grain will raise you to the sweetest heights of Crete. Dip your spoon into this “magic” jar and take off with its sweet sensation.
Tip: Crystallization is an attribute of natural and pure honey. Bring back to liquid consistency by gently heating it in a hot water bath (bain marie) up to 50°C for a few minutes.
